Our HJTND LIFTING LOADER is designed to be connected to GOLIATH CRANES, allowing for ideal adjustment of BLOCK's LEVEL and ANGLE, which are structural components of ships. It is developed to enable efficient operations during the movement and assembly of BLOCKs, tailored to various specifications based on BLOCK shape and weight.

All of our products at HJTND are manufactured with safety as the top priority through structural analysis, where the product is modeled and visualized based on pre-set external factors such as properties and weight. Chairman Chung Yang of HJTND Setting the Standard for Heavy-Lift Process Technology in Shipyards

Completion of the Hanwha Ocean AUTOMATIC T-BAR TRANSFER EQUIPMENT Development Project

The AUTOMATIC T-BAR TRANSFER EQUIPMENT development project was carried out as a core facility for enhancing Hanwha Ocean’s automated production systems, representing a challenging task that reflects the future direction of the shipbuilding industry. This project went beyond simple equipment fabrication and served as a technical step toward transforming human-centered heavy-load handling processes into system-centered automated processes, as well as a practical move toward the realization of a smart shipyard.

 

USD 7 Million Export Tower Awar

On the occasion of Trade Day 2025, HJTND achieved another significant milestone.
Based on continuous challenges in the global market and accumulated technological competitiveness, HJTND achieved the USD 7 Million Export Tower Award. At the same time, CEO Hoiin Jung and Executive Director of Engineering Mugyung Jeong were honored with Export Merit Awards in recognition of their contributions to overseas market development and export expansion.

With the goal of achieving 1,000 accident-free days, HJTND has been committed to creating a workplace free from industrial accidents since February 21, 2023. As a result of the dedication and consistent efforts of all employees, HJTND successfully achieved 1,000 consecutive accident-free days on November 17, 2025. This achievement goes far beyond a numerical record. It represents a meaningful outcome created by HJTND’s management philosophy, which places safety as the company’s highest priority, along with a strong, field-oriented safety management culture.
