Our HJTND's HYD' EQUIPMENT has been developed to enhance the efficiency of various processes, from localized movements required during block assembly and handling to the transport of heavy and oversized loads in a spatial context. Additionally, we have designed a mobile MILLING MACHINE to eliminate the inconvenience of unnecessary secondary operations when removing LUGs after block installation. We've also created equipment for precise measurement of the distance between PIPEs during PIPE-to-PIPE connections, ensuring error-free PIPE connections, and equipment to facilitate block rotation. All of these devices are developed with the aim of making the shipbuilding process more efficient and effective.

ASSEMBLY SHOP AUTOMATION SYSTEM

Ships are constructed through the assembly of various blocks, which are categorized into small, medium, and large blocks. Small and medium-sized blocks produced in their respective assembly shops are combined to create large blocks. These manufactured blocks are then transported to the dockyard and assembled to form a complete vessel through the loading process.

Our company, HJTND, has established automated production lines in these BLOCK ASSEMBLY SHOPS and developed equipment for the transportation of large blocks. This development aims to enhance the efficiency and shorten the shipbuilding process. Such equipment includes the "2000TON TRANSPORT CAR" and the "FIXED TYPE BLOCK LIFTER."


BLOCK LIFTER

The "BLOCK LIFTER" is equipment developed for precise adjustment of P.E (pre-erection) and level during block assembly. Unlike the fixed block lifter, it is mobile and can be positioned at the desired location. When using the BLOCK LIFTER for block level and angle adjustments, there is no need for a separate goliath crane, making it a straightforward piece of equipment for joining blocks. The BLOCK LIFTER can operate individually and simultaneously control up to 8 units remotely, enabling them to move uniformly in the vertical and horizontal directions at the same distance.


LUG MILLING MACHINE

The "LUG MILLING MACHINE" is a mobile milling machine developed for the removal of temporarily installed lugs on blocks after transportation. Before the development of this equipment, unnecessary lug removal was performed using an oxygen cutter, which resulted in damage to the deck plate and the underlying components due to high heat, causing significant safety and productivity issues. To address this problem, this equipment has been developed, allowing for the miniaturization and mobility of milling equipment. Using this equipment for lug removal eliminates the risk of heat-related damage, thereby enhancing productivity.


TURNOVER MACHINE

The "TURNOVER MACHINE" is a piece of equipment developed for the purpose of rotating and flipping cylindrical blocks. It is designed to enhance the efficiency of operations when dealing with blocks that do not have separate lifting lugs or require continuous turning.


PIPE MEASURING EQUIP

The "PIPE MEASURING EQUIP" is a device that enables accurate product production through the three-dimensional measurement of adjustment angles for piping connections. It was developed to address the problem of inaccuracies in assembly due to block deformation when producing and assembling products as initially designed in ship piping work. After the assembly of deformed blocks, the "PIPE MEASURING EQUIP" allows for three-dimensional measurement and analysis of actual distances and angles in piping adjustments, which ultimately eliminates product defects.
