Maintaining the LEVEL and ANGLE between these diverse BLOCKs during the fixation and assembly process is crucial, and efficient work is essential. Our HJTND's BLOCK SUPPORT is a product developed to enable efficient work during these tasks. BLOCK SUPPORT is designed to minimize the deformation of BLOCKs and facilitate stable operations during the assembly and fixation processes. It has been developed with various functionalities, from SCREW TYPE to HYDRAULIC TYPE, to allow for precise LEVEL adjustments.

SCREW JACK

"SCREW JACK" is a product designed to facilitate the horizontal adjustment and fixation of BLOCKs, suitable for BLOCK storage or securing. Height adjustment of the BLOCKs can be easily accomplished using a screw mechanism, allowing for precise height adjustment with minimal effort. There are various types available, including individual screw jack types, tower-type screw jacks, and hydraulic screw jacks, which can be selected based on the intended purpose of use.


PILLARS

The "PILLARS" is used as a support for the curved sections of blocks. It is typically used at a height of 10 meters, and for heights exceeding this, it can be used with the use of connecting pieces. Its main components include the main body, slide pipe, main pipe, intermediate connecting piece, lower adjustment pipe, and upper adjustment pipe. It can be manufactured with specifications tailored to the specific usage requirements.


STEEL BANMOK

"STEEL BANMOK" is primarily used to support heavy loads within the shipyard's DOCK. Shipyard DOCKs are categorized as DRY DOCKs and FLOATING DOCKs, and DAY DOCK TYPE STEEL BANMOK and FLOATING DOCK TYPE STEEL BANMOK can be manufactured to suit the specifications of each DOCK. HJTND's STEEL BANMOK features wedge-type level control for fine-tuning, and it is robustly constructed, resulting in a long product lifespan. It can be tailored to match the characteristics and specifications of the vessels.


PINJIG

The "PIN-JIG" is a support primarily used in shipbuilding factories during the construction of small, medium, and large blocks. It serves the purpose of adjusting the level and angle of blocks with varying sizes and shapes, aiming to minimize block deformation and enhance work efficiency. The support height can be adjusted using the in-pipe feature of PIN-JIG, allowing for height adjustments by inserting fixing pins into the holes in the in-pipe to achieve the desired level. Additionally, it can be secured using the PIN-JIG BEND for added safety, helping to prevent accidents.
