Heavy Lifting Solutions

A ship's structural units are referred to as 'BLOCKs.' Through the assembly process of these BLOCKs, a complete ship is constructed. The shipbuilding process progresses to the 'PRE-ERECTION' stage and finally reaches the 'ERECTION' phase. It is crucial to maintain the precise LEVEL and ANGLE of the BLOCKs during the 'PRE-ERECTION' stage.

The loading of large BLOCKs that have gone through the 'PRE-ERECTION' process takes place on the dock through LLC, GOLIATH CRANES, and MARITE CRANES, and this phase also requires precise control of LEVEL and ANGLE. The equipment necessary to maintain accurate LEVEL and ANGLE during the assembly process is called the 'BLOCK LOADER.'

The 'BLOCK LOADER,' developed by HJTND, is attached to the crane's hook and allows for the ideal adjustment of the BLOCK's LEVEL and ANGLE. This equipment is efficiently utilized by shipyards during processes like PE (Pre-Erection) and ERECT (Erection) to ensure optimal results.

Maintaining the LEVEL and ANGLE between these diverse BLOCKs during the fixation and assembly process is crucial and efficient work is essential. Our HJTND's BLOCK SUPPORT is a product developed to enable efficient work during these tasks.

BLOCK SUPPORT is designed to minimize the deformation of BLOCKs and facilitate stable operations during the assembly and fixation processes. It has been developed with various functionalities, from SCREW TYPE to HYDRAULIC TYPE, to allow for precise LEVEL adjustments.


HYD’ Equipment  Solutions

Our HJTND's 'HYD' EQUIPMENT has been developed to enhance the efficiency of the shipbuilding process. It includes a range of equipment designed for various tasks, from the movement of large BLOCKs within limited spaces using the 'TRANSPORT CAR,' to the fine adjustment of LEVEL during BLOCK assembly with the 'BLOCK LIFTER,' and the removal of unnecessary LUGs using the portable 'MILLING MACHINE.' We have also developed equipment for turning over BLOCKs within confined spaces without the need for cranes, known as the 'TURN OVER EQUIP. Furthermore, our recent success in developing the 'PIPE MEASURING & REAPPEARANCE EQUIP,' which allows for the precise attachment of PIPE elbows based on accurate numerical data, has earned recognition for HJTND's technical capabilities. All of these equipment innovations have contributed to a more efficient and effective shipbuilding process, reducing the duration of ship construction.

The 'MILLING MACHINE' is suitable for tasks involving the removal of unnecessary LUGs without causing surface damage. Furthermore, equipment such as 'TURN OVER EQUIP' has been developed to flip BLOCKs within limited spaces without the need for a crane.


Recently, we have achieved success in the development of the 'PIPE MEASURING & REAPPEARANCE EQUIP,' which, based on accurate numerical data, enables the precise attachment of PIPE elbows. This success has garnered recognition for HJTND's technological capabilities. All these equipment innovations have contributed to a more efficient and effective shipbuilding process, ultimately reducing the construction period of ships.
