We have recently designed and installed a Plate Turnover Loader for the initial phase of plate handling during block manufacturing for ships at Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries' block factory. The Plate Turnover Loader is used to flip welded plates during the welding and assembly process. It ensures deformation-free lifting despite the size and weight of the connected plates, enabling safe and efficient operations.
The Plate Turnover Loader is designed to facilitate turnover of plates regardless of their shape, and it can be used without being constrained by the dimensions of the up-down and left-right specifications. It has been developed to operate safely and efficiently without the need for height adjustment.
