The 620TON Parallel Type Block Loader, which will be used to mount a ship engine at a large engine factory of Hyundai Heavy Industries, was developed and manufactured and delivered to the customer.
The 620TON Parallel Type Block Loader is a product that is differentiated from the existing lifting loader that can move the lower lifting point by moving the wire sheave according to the main engine size.
Wire Rope is designed to be a lift with one wire Rope using the existing Equalizing Wire Rope method, so that all lifting points can receive the same load to prevent deformation of the product due to lifting eccentricity and to complete safer lifting operations. Each individual lifting point has a capacity of 40TON, and 620TON can be lifted with a total of 16 points.
