We received a request to develop a large engine lifting loader that can be used to mount engines manufactured by Hanwha Engine, a company specializing in ship engines. Our technical department processed the request and, after an on-site visit to determine the suitable loader type, proposed two types of lifting loaders.
The first type is a lifting loader designed for moving engines within the engine factory. The second type is a lifting loader intended for moving engines outside the factory.

The indoor engine lifting loader is designed similarly to the parallel type lifting loader used in Hyundai Heavy Industries' large engine factory, with adjustable sheave points according to the main engine size. Each lifting point has a capacity of 130 tons, with a total of 6 points. This design allows for lifting up to 650 tons with the engagement of just 5 lifting points.
The second type, the outdoor lifting loader for lifting engines at Hanwha Engine’s dock, is designed similarly to the indoor type, with adjustable sheave points according to the main engine size. However, this outdoor type features a total of 12 lifting points, which is twice the number of sheave points compared to the indoor type. Each lifting point has a capacity of 130 tons. This design emphasizes efficiency by minimizing the need to move points on-site based on the size of the main engine.
