Our HJTND LIFTING LOADER is designed to be connected to GOLIATH CRANES, allowing for ideal adjustment of BLOCK's LEVEL and ANGLE, which are structural components of ships. It is developed to enable efficient operations during the movement and assembly of BLOCKs, tailored to various specifications based on BLOCK shape and weight.

All of our products at HJTND are manufactured with safety as the top priority through structural analysis, where the product is modeled and visualized based on pre-set external factors such as properties and weight. The results obtained based on the specified external factors are visualized with colors, highlighting not only weak points in strength but also unnecessary reinforcements. Through this entire process before production, we aim to produce optimized products.

HJTND, Strengthening Cooperation and Expanding Presence with Major Japanese Shipyards 

Over the past decade, HJTND has built a strong and trusted relationship with the Imabari Shipbuilding Group in Japan, supplying shipbuilding equipment and materials. During this period, HJTND has confirmed its technical capabilities and necessity in the Japanese market. As of March 2025, HJTND has initiated a series of visits to major Japanese shipyards as part of its efforts to expand its presence in the Japanese shipbuilding market.

World's Largest 15,000-Ton Goliath Crane Lifting Device: 1,760MT Tri Loader

HJTND secured an order in September 2024 from SEATRIUM Shipyard in Singapore for 6sets of 1,760MT Tri Loaders to be installed on the world’s largest 15,000-ton Goliath crane. The fabrication of the equipment is scheduled for completion by February 2025, with final delivery preparations underway for SEATRIUM.

Secured the "PINIG MOVING PLATFORM" Development Project

HJTND has successfully won the PINIG MOVING PLATFORM project for use at the Hiroshima Division of Imabari Shipbuilding, one of Japan’s leading shipbuilding companies. This project involves a crucial heavy-duty moving equipment used to transport ship Block and other large structures during the shipbuilding process.

HJTND Strengthens Cooperation with CSBC Shipyard in Taiwan

HJTND visited CSBC (China Shipbuilding Corporation), a leading shipyard in Taiwan, to achieve its first overseas project in 2025. During this visit, we had important opportunities to understand CSBC's latest trends and investment plans, as well as to introduce HJTND's products and technological capabilities.
