/ FACTORY  AUTOMATION SYSTEM EQUIP

Ships are constructed through the assembly of various blocks, which are categorized into small, medium, and large blocks. Small and medium-sized blocks produced in their respective assembly shops are combined to create large blocks. These manufactured blocks are then transported to the dockyard and assembled to form a complete vessel through the loading process.

Our company, HJTND, has established automated production lines in these block assembly shops and developed equipment for the transportation of large blocks. This development aims to enhance the efficiency and shorten the shipbuilding process. Such equipment includes the "2000ton transport car" and the "fixed type block lifter."

■ 2000TON TRANSPORT CAR

The "2000TON TRANSPORT CAR" is equipment installed to establish an automation line for block assembly shops. It comprises a total of four lines, each consisting of five TRANSPORT CARs. Each car has a capacity of 100 tons, with a total of 20 cars, allowing for the control of large blocks up to 2000 tons. This equipment is used to transport blocks produced in the block assembly shop externally, enabling the production of large blocks and significantly expediting the shipbuilding process.

■ 900TON FIXED TYPE BLOCK LIFT

                                 ■ 900TON BLOCK LIFTER

The "FIXED TYPE BLOCK LIFTER" is equipment installed in the block assembly automation line to lift large blocks. There are a total of 11 of these devices installed, each capable of lifting 90 tons, allowing for the lifting of blocks weighing up to 990 tons. Once the large blocks are completed, they are lifted using the "FIXED TYPE BLOCK LIFTER" and secured onto a transport car for external transportation. The introduction of this ASSEMBLY SHOP AUTOMATION LINE equipment has enabled more efficient block production and reduced processing time.
