/ PIPE REAPPEARANCE EQUIP

The "PIPE REAPPEARANCE EQUIP" is a device that enables accurate product production through the three-dimensional measurement of adjustment angles for piping connections. It was developed to address the problem of inaccuracies in assembly due to block deformation when producing and assembling products as initially designed in ship piping work. After the assembly of deformed blocks, the "PIPE REAPPEARANCE  EQUIP" allows for three-dimensional measurement and analysis of actual distances and angles in piping adjustments, which ultimately eliminates product defects.

Drive the reproduction device with the measured data.

Assemble the inserted pipe in its actual position.

Assemble the FLANGE at the reproduced position, and operate the gripper to lock the FLANGE.

Insert the adjustment pipe into the locked flange.
